Okay, so there is a federal court circuit system in the United States and you will find basically eleven judicial districts - eleventh circuits. So, you will find starting up here if you follow my cursor, this is your first Judicial District. This is up in Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island. Okay, so that's your first district. You have your second district out here in New York. Okay, and Connecticut as part of that second district. Third district is right here - Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland. Okay, and then moving on over here to your fourth district - West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina. Coming over where we have the fifth district down here - Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi. Okay, over here in your sixth, your Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee. Your seventh is Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana. Eighth is sort of these middle middle America states in here. You can see those. Ninth is moving over here - this is your powerhouse ninth district that covers California, Arizona, Nevada, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana. So, this is a big, big district. Okay, and then your tenth over here sort of Heartland America - Utah, Wyoming, Colorado, Kansas, and Oklahoma. And New Mexico.
